Job summary

Philo seeks a strategic Chief of Staff in Brooklyn, NY to sharpen leadership focus, coordinate agendas, and ensure that decisions in the room translate into action. This hands-on role blends strategic thinking with execution, working with the SVP of Strategy & Operations, COO, CEO, and CFO colleagues.

You'll own planning cycles, set goals, and maintain operating rhythms, while ensuring clear ownership, decision rights, and progress Tracking across functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, chief of staff, business operations, or executive program management roles

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic research and analysis to support planning and decisions
• Coordinate annual planning, quarterly prioritization, and company goals
• Own and refine operating rhythm, KPI analyses, and executive summaries
• Support board meeting prep and senior leadership meetings
• Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve ambiguity between functions
