Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff Support to the Advanced Capabilities Program Acquisition Executive (PAE-AC). This role directly assists senior leaders, manages cross‑functional initiatives, and translates priorities into actionable plans to drive organizational effectiveness.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 7+ years of DoD staff or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing high-visibility taskings in fast-paced environments.
• Experience developing executive-level briefings and decision packages.
• Knowledge of DoD, USAF/USSF governance and coordination processes.
• Experience coordinating with senior Government leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting HQ USSF or equivalent headquarters-level organizations.
• Familiarity with space intelligence systems and collection activities.
• Experience in DoD acquisition environments.

Responsabilidades

• Track high-priority taskings from SECAF, PAE-AC, and DoD leaders.
• Develop and staff executive briefings, information papers, and decision packages.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for timely responses.
• Prepare read-ahead materials, talking points, and background info.
• Coordinate with Strategic Cell, DAG to staff taskings and deadlines.
• Support data presentation and recommendations to senior decision makers.
• Monitor priorities, identify risks, and facilitate timely execution.
• Stay aware of leadership priorities to aid coordination.
• Facilitate communication across PAE-AC, higher HQ and partners.
• Support battle rhythm and cross-functional activities aligned to mission.
