ReturnPro is seeking a Chief of Staff to sit closest to the CEO and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives across operations, technology, finance and client relationships. You will help translate strategic intent into action and ensure execution at the highest level.

This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, discretion, and a willingness to operate with ambiguity in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• MBA from a rigorous program and strong analytical frameworks.
• Clear, concise writing and ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Relentless follow-through and accountability in fast-paced environments.
• Discretion and handling confidential information at executive level.
• Curiosity about current market and tech trends driving business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the CEO in cross-functional meetings and drive follow-through on decisions.
• Draft communications, briefings and presentations on the CEO's behalf.
• Manage up, across and down to connect the CEO with the leadership team.
• Build and maintain systems for real-time visibility into projects and risks.
• Run the operating cadence end-to-end: weekly leadership syncs, quarterly reviews, board prep.
• Identify bottlenecks and surface solutions beyond flags.
• Own strategic projects from scoping to execution across operations, tech, finance and growth.
• Interface with clients, vendors and partners at senior levels as needed.
• Support M&A diligence, investor communications and strategic planning.
• Protect the CEO's time by optimizing calendar and prioritizing high-impact work.
