The role manages executive rhythms, board and investor readiness, leadership communications, and high-impact programs, requiring strong business judgment and hands-on execution to support the CEO and the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional project management, organizational, and execution skills.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to influence across all levels.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working closely with senior executives and handling highly confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.
• Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and drive outcomes with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the CEO on strategic, operational, and organizational priorities.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans and drive execution across the business.
• Lead board materials, investor presentations, and executive reporting packages.
• Manage board meeting planning, timelines, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and lead leadership planning sessions.
• Draft and review executive communications and maintain confidentiality.
