Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO on strategic, operational, and organizational priorities.
Translate company objectives into actionable plans and help drive execution across the business.
Manage and monitor key initiatives, including progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and accountability.
Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
Manage the CEO's priorities, calendar, and executive operating cadence to maximize effectiveness and focus.
Prepare executive briefings, agendas, presentations, and decision-support materials.
Ensure follow-through on commitments, action items, and leadership initiatives.
Draft and review executive communications, presentations, talking points, and company-wide messaging.
