Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced leader to drive the enterprise Technology Project Portfolio Management (PPM) program. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Technology PPM ecosystem, partnering with Technology, Finance, and HR to align investments with business priorities.

You will oversee tools and data capabilities (Clarity, Jira, ServiceNow), lead transformational change, and communicate portfolio insights to senior leaders across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in technology, portfolio management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years in leadership or senior individual contributor roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Technology PPM capabilities including demand, capacity, financial, and portfolio planning.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Technology PPM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Technology leaders to align investments.
• Communicate portfolio insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
