The role designs and implements learning strategies, supports initiatives that enhance engagement, leadership capability, and institutional performance, and collaborates across departments to drive organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of experience in HR, organizational development, learning and development, change management, or related areas.
• Experience developing and delivering employee training and leadership development programs.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, process improvements, and HR technology adoption.
• Experience with HCM and ERP platforms or LMS.
