Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Transformation group seeks a Strategic Change Manager to lead people and culture aspects of a major internal program, driving a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem. You will design change strategies that engage teams and reduce adoption risk while accelerating ROI.

Collaborating with Finance leadership, you will craft communications, align leaders, monitor metrics, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications required.
• 7+ years of relevant change management/communications experience in strategic transformations.
• Ability to design and execute change strategies in complex, matrixed orgs.
• Limited travel (10–20%), remote work possible when not co-locating.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fit-for-purpose change management strategies for large-scale programs.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to guide data-driven plans.
• Build leadership alignment to drive executive buy-in and sponsor engagement.
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities with SMEs and leaders.
• Measure intervention effectiveness and evolve plans to improve adoption.
• Regularly report progress; escalate and help resolve risks and issues.
