Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Transformation group is seeking a Strategic Change Manager to lead people and culture aspects of our internal programs. You will design change strategies that engage and motivate teams through AI-powered finance initiatives while delivering measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder analyses, leadership alignment, and development of compelling communications to drive adoption; travel is limited, with remote work options as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications.
7+ years of change management and/or communications experience in transformations.
Experience designing change strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
Limited travel (~10–20%), remote work possible when not co-locating.

Responsibilities

Design and execute change management strategies for large-scale programs.
Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments.
Build leadership alignment and sponsor engagement plans.
Develop and deliver communications with SMEs and leadership.
Measure intervention effectiveness and adjust plans for adoption.
Report status to program leadership and escalate risks.
