Job summary

MassMutual is seeking an Operations Change Management Practitioner in Springfield, MA (hybrid). You will enable adoption of large-scale initiatives, coach leaders, and design strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes and sustained impact.

You will partner with senior leaders across Operations to coordinate governance, build capability, and drive adoption through structured methodologies and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of change management experience leading complex, cross-functional or enterprise initiatives with CM certification (Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP or equivalent).
• 2+ years applying structured change methodologies across stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness planning, adoption, resistance management, sustainment, and change metric development.
• 2+ years defining, tracking, and reporting adoption, readiness, proficiency, resistance and sustainment metrics.

• Define and track metrics for change effectiveness and sustainability; report progress.
• Coordinate and guide a team of change practitioners; establish governance and standards.
• Develop toolkits and training initiatives for consistent leadership development in change management.
• Coordinate all aspects of change management support to ensure excellence in execution.
• Share best practices with enterprise-wide change practitioners.
