MassMutual in Hartford, CT seeks a Workstream Lead to drive strategic execution across a portfolio of initiatives within SP&D. You will partner with ELT, Sponsors, and initiative owners to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, coaching teams and ensuring value realization.

You will lead governance, monitor budgets, assess ROI, and foster a transparent, data-driven culture across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10 years leading teams or delivering solutions for complex cross-functional matters.
• Strong storytelling with data to present to executives.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills at advanced level.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ideation coaching and cross-functional alignment to ensure strategic goals are achieved.
• Inspire a culture of transformation and continuous improvement.
• Analyze financial health of workstreams and monitor budgets.
• Collaborate with Sponsors to mitigate risk and protect value.
• Lead governance, KPIs, and data integrity.
• Partner with ELT, Sponsors, and project teams to maintain portfolio health.
