Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Change Management Manager to partner with leaders and HR to drive effective organizational change. You will guide teams, design training, and advance strategies to enhance collaboration, culture, and performance across the network.

The role focuses on building capabilities, delivering development initiatives, and sustaining change by applying established frameworks and practical tools. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of change management or related experience.
• Foundational understanding of change management concepts and group dynamics.
• Ability to apply change processes to drive adoption and sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships and provide consultative change management support.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement change tools, methods, and practices.
• Facilitate team-building sessions, workshops, and learning experiences that strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Analyze team dynamics, identify opportunities for development, and recommend practical improvements.
• Deliver training in traditional and nontraditional settings, focusing on communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Evaluate team processes and systems, identifying solutions that improve overall team effectiveness and performance.
• Support leaders and managers with performance development insights, helping teams and individuals grow and succeed.
• Create and refine tools, processes, and resources that measure and enhance the impact of change initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while staying current on best practices in change management.
• Execute change initiatives that reinforce continuous improvement and a high-performing team culture.
