Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a strategic leader to formulate viable Advice & Planning strategies, support the team to deliver client advice, and ensure execution excellence. The role focuses on integrating the Advice & Planning model with impact, quality, and consistency, while fostering a learning organization that advances strategy and execution over time.

The candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration with Wealth leaders, coordinate operations, and maintain high standards

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to coach Wealth leaders and teammates one-on-one or in groups
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment with project/process expectations
• Ability to define and lead execution of business objectives and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Word, and related apps
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategy and execute initiatives per Advice & Planning priorities
• Provide thought leadership and innovation in advice delivery and resources
• Coach Wealth leaders and teammates to integrate relationship advisory processes and tools
• Coordinate business operations, planning, continuity, and operations manuals
• Scale advice and planning processes to create self-sufficiency with tools
• Design and manage metrics and reporting; interpret results to guide strategy changes
• Oversee, ensure high-quality management of business processes in Advice & Planning
• Collaborate with Truist Financial Corporation leaders and partners
• Maintain proficiency with all systems, applications, tools, and software
• Adhere to financial planning processes, policies, and risk management requirements
