Truist is seeking a senior data/BI professional to support the Enterprise Control and Change Office, delivering robust dashboards and reports to enable risk-aware decision making. Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial BI, data management, or analytics.
• 4+ years managing developer/data/analytical environments.
• Experience with big data frameworks.
• Data governance and data quality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement data strategies across relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Provide rapid response reports, insights, and visualization.
• Evaluate risk-adjusted metrics for portfolio decision support.
• Translate data into engaging visuals using BI tools.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain processes that generate large datasets.
• Establish subject matter expert for dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop self-service data feeds and reporting.
• Manage transition to ongoing production reporting.
• Source new data elements for structured/unstructured environments.
• Stay abreast of latest technology trends and implementation strategies.
• Identify and remediate risks in BI, reporting and data governance.
