Qualifications

• Twelve or more cumulative years of experience are required, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of six years of demonstrated experience in business strategy, organizational strategy, and planning.
• Demonstrated skills and ability to lead change through influence.
• Experienced in financial and non-financial measurement of business goals and data analysis.
• Communicates effectively in writing and presentation, adjusts to fit the audience and the message.
• Relates well to a wide variety of diverse work styles and team members and comfortably confronts and works through conflict.
• Well organized, resourceful and is able to successfully work on multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution of divisional priorities and initiatives, providing insights on leadership and employee development.
• Supports strategy and goal setting through communication and collaboration to drive alignment.
• Shares best practices for communicating business goals with partners across divisions.
• Assists in communicating with leaders and employees in decision-making and program management.
• Serves as liaison and advisor to staff and leaders regarding climate, well-being, updates, proposals, and planning.
