Job summary

Epiq in New York is seeking a Change Enablement Director to lead Epiq Advisory for Law Firms, translating strategy, AI and technology investments into sustained behavioural change and measurable business outcomes.

You will design end-to-end adoption programs, coach leaders, and shape go-to-market offerings in legal change enablement, knowledge management, and workflow redesign, guiding clients through complex transformations with an evidence-based approach.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of experience in Change Management or related field.
• Experience in a Legal Services/Lirm/Professional Services environment.
• Knowledge Management (KM) and AI familiarity in practice enablement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to law firms and corporate legal leadership on change strategy and adoption planning across advisory initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-scale change enablement engagements, assess readiness and adoption risks, and design interventions for sustainable behaviour change.
• Lead development of change enablement methodologies, maturity models, and adoption frameworks for the legal industry.
• Mentor internal consultants and client teams, building internal capability and governance models for sustainable change.
