Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, change communications, organizational change management, employee communications, or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing communications for complex organizational, business, technology, or transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Experience developing communications for employees, leaders, executives, and impacted stakeholder groups.
• Ability to independently lead complex communication projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change communication strategies for cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate strategies into clear narratives about what is changing and why it matters.
• Partner with leaders, People, Transformation, and Technology to plan communications.
• Lead communications across multiple audiences and channels, including leader toolkits and intranet content.
• Measure effectiveness and apply lessons learned to future changes.
