Responsibilities

• Oversees IT, Procurement and Finance for ROC Americas and Canada.
• Prepares financials, budget, forecast and business plan.
• Ensures actuals align with budget and analyzes variances.
• Leads finance, procurement and IT teams.
• Provides strategic recommendations to executive management.
• Advises on long‑term business and financial planning.
• Maintains relations with banking partners, auditors, etc.
