The Richmond Group USA is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for a large, global, privately held organization. This high-visibility executive role will connect the numbers to the big picture, influence leadership decisions and drive sustainable, profitable growth from Richmond, Virginia.

We seek a strategic finance leader with 10+ years of senior experience in corporate finance, accounting and controls. MBA/CPA preferred; candidate should be approachable, collaborative and commercially minded.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong foundation in corporate finance, accounting, controls and financial strategy.
• Experience with business integrations or multi-site organizations preferred; MBA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with President and global stakeholders on financial strategy and performance.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and companywide reporting.
• Drive profitability, margin improvement and long-term value creation.
• Establish KPIs and monitoring across the organization.
• Oversee risk management, internal controls, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and mentor Finance & Accounting teams.
• Support investments, expansions and strategic initiatives.
