Job summary

Beyond International Group in Houston, TX seeks a seasoned CFO to lead financial operations and shape accounting practices to drive sustainable growth. The role reports to the senior partnership team and will oversee budgeting, forecasting, tax planning and investor relations for the group and its US/overseas entities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience as an operational CFO with managing financial and operational departments.
• Strong ties to capital markets with experience in fundraising and investor relations.
• Deep understanding of financial industry and private investment, fund accounting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams; strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth.
• Oversee the finance department and other operational units, ensuring efficiency and strong leadership.
• Maintain relationships with capital markets, including investors and banks for financing opportunities.
• Lead annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts with timely financial analysis for decisions.
• Administrate monthly/quarterly close processes and consolidated reporting for US and overseas entities.
• Collaborate with tax advisers on tax compliance and distribution calculations (K-1s, 1099s, 1042s).
• Partner with other departments on system planning and financial tools improvements.
