Job summary

National FFA Organization seeks a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer to lead financial strategy and operations for the National FFA Organization and Foundation. You will work with the CEO, Board, and Trustees to ensure fiscal health, governance, and mission delivery in a complex nonprofit environment.

The role requires transforming financial planning, risk management, and IT, HR, and program operations to support growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• Advanced degree and/or CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years broad financial management experience in not-for-profit.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting and business operations analysis to the CEO and boards.
• Lead annual operating and capital budget processes for each organization.
• Oversee accounting, information technology, human resources, merchandising, and membership services.
• Develop internal controls and risk management frameworks across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with ELT and SMT to advance governance, strategy, and mission delivery.
