Job summary

National FFA Organization is seeking a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) to guide financial strategy and operational leadership for the Organization and Foundation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• Advanced degree and/or CPA strongly preferred.
• Nonprofit financial management experience required.
• GAAP knowledge and financial stewardship experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting and business operations advice to CEO and boards.
• Assist the CEO and boards with strategic plans and objectives.
• Lead annual operating and capital budget processes and forecasting.
• Oversee accounting, information technology, HR, and merchandise functions.
• Develop internal controls and ensure compliance with federal, state, and contractual requirements.
