Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) seeks a Chief Financial Officer to oversee fiscal integrity, grant compliance, and administrative operations for Florida’s nonprofit education network. You will lead budgeting, reporting, and financial strategy across centers, charter schools, and administrative offices.

The role requires expertise in federal grants, GAAP, and risk management, with oversight of IT, facilities, procurement, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, including senior leadership at a large organization.
• Experience with federal grant compliance (Uniform Guidance / 2 CFR Part 200) and audits.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial strategy and multi-year forecasts aligned to RCMA's mission.
• Oversee grants management, including federal/state funding compliance and indirect cost rate management.
• Lead accounting operations, GAAP reporting, and consolidated statements across multiple programs.
• Manage risk, internal controls, and annual audits; liaise with external auditors and boards.
• Direct IT, facilities, and procurement oversight to support a distributed operation.
• Support governance reporting and treasury functions; partner with the CEO and Board on financial decisions.
