The Carolyn E. Wylie Center in Riverside, CA is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-range planning to support mission-driven services in mental health and community care.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, nonprofit accounting experience, grant and contract management, and the ability to work with executive leadership, the board, and auditors.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Previous experience as CFO/Controller in healthcare or behavioral health nonprofit preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims, reimbursement, and revenue-cycle processes.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems desirable.
• Solid GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
• Experience with government contracts, grants, and nonprofit accounting is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic financial leadership with hands-on accounting operations.

Responsabilidades
