Job summary

Brayman Construction seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join the leadership team during a planned succession. The incoming CFO will work directly with the current CFO during a transition, gaining in-depth exposure to financial operations, systems, and key external relationships.

The candidate should have 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, CPA or MBA, and strong expertise in construction accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-entity financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of treasury, cash management, and tax concepts.
• Proven ability to oversee accounting across multiple subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Corporate Accounting/Finance Team and treasury functions.
• Lead financial reporting, consolidation, and controls across entities.
• Partner with external CPAs, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for growth.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to CEO and leadership.
• Oversee audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure robust internal controls and governance.
