The ideal candidate has strong leadership, experience in multi-location operations, and a track record of shaping financial strategy, audits, and cash management while guiding teams across payroll, billing, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting/financial leadership experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Background in healthcare, service industries, or multi-location organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Consolidate, analyze, and validate financial data to support reporting requirements.
• Maintain and improve the company’s financial reporting systems and accounting processes.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit standards.
• Lead Revenue Cycle Management: billing, collections, and reimbursement processes.
• Manage cash flow and treasury activities to support operations.
