Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the finance function as the business scales.
• Own financial strategy, planning and forecasting with a focus on profitability.
• Lead future fundraising, investor relations and board reporting.
• Oversee treasury, cash management and banking partnerships.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance on regulatory and audit requirements.
• Establish controls and reporting for growth.
• Partner with leadership on pricing and capital allocation.
• Advise founders on commercial direction.
