Job summary

The Private Equity-Backed Protein Product Producer is seeking a CFO who reports to the CEO and collaborates with the board to drive financial strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. This senior leader will own FP&A, cost accounting, treasury and liquidity management, and the finance function’s systems and infrastructure, including ERP implementation and financial controls.

Backed by a private equity partner, The client is seeking a CFO to report directly to the CEO and work closely with the board, providing leadership for all financial operations across a multi-facility manufacturing environment.

The role includes hands-on oversight of FP&A, cost accounting, treasury and liquidity management, and the finance function’s technology and infrastructure, including ERP and systems infrastructure. The CFO will help optimize a high-performing finance organization and ensure effective financial planning and controls.

In this senior leadership position, the CFO is expected to strengthen financial strategy and execution, support board-level decision-making, and oversee core finance operations that align with organizational goals across multiple manufacturing sites.
