Job summary

TriSource is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to partner directly with the President and help lead a growing portfolio of businesses operating across the U.S. and Canada.

This highly visible leadership role oversees the organization’s accounting, financial reporting, cash management, tax strategy, banking relationships, risk management, and financial operations. You'll guide multi-entity performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Proven success leading finance functions within multi-entity organizations.
• Deep expertise in job cost accounting, GAAP, cash flow, planning, and multi-state tax structures.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to support growth initiatives and acquisitions.
• Able to improve financial processes, reporting visibility, and internal controls.
• Strong leadership with strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital planning, cash management, forecasting, and financing initiatives.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across entities.
• Drive due diligence, valuation, and integration for acquisitions.
• Strengthen budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Direct multi-state sales/use tax strategy and risk management programs.
• Champion ERP modernization and scalable financial systems.
• Mentor and develop accounting and finance team members.
