Job summary

Bali Construction Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, performance, and ESOP governance. As a key member of the executive team, you will drive growth through rigorous financial planning, risk management, and capital deployment across Southern California projects.

You will oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, and ERP systems, ensuring compliant, accurate financial information for decision-makers and lenders. A CPA and construction experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise ownership on financial strategy, risk, and growth opportunities.
• Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with objectives.
• Provide financial analysis for expansion, acquisitions, and capital investments.
• Establish policies for disciplined financial management and efficiency.
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts; oversee reports for board meetings.
• Oversee banking relationships, liquidity planning, and ESOP management.
• Manage ERP systems and internal controls for governance and reporting.
