• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and management reports.
• Coordinate the CPA firm's review of the financial statements and provide documentation.
• Oversee ESOP-related reporting, valuation, and annual plan administration.
• Support internal controls, banking, tax, and corporate risk management.
• Provide timely financial information to ESOP trustees and advisors.
