Job summary

Noble Federal Credit Union, a major financial cooperative in California’s San Joaquin Valley, seeks a strategic CFO to lead financial strategy, forecasting, asset-liability management, treasury, and pricing. The CFO partners with the CEO and executive team to provide data-driven insights driving growth and risk management.

The role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory programs while building a high-performing finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Eight to ten years’ related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must demonstrate leadership, communication, listening skills, emotional intelligence, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic and operational planning with the Executive Team.
• Lead budgeting and capital planning aligned with strategic plan.
• Monitor risks and ensure internal controls and compliance.
• Present to the Board with clear financial insights and governance updates.
• Guide and develop a high-performing finance function.
