Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant financial leadership experience preferred.
• Strong strategic capability, technical foundation, leadership potential, and business judgment considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape financial strategy and strengthen the financial foundation.
• Provide insight, analysis, and decision-support to leadership.
• Lead ALCO activities and coordinate regulatory reporting and examinations.
• Manage financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing decisions.
• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and governance practices.
• Foster leadership development within the finance team.
