Zusammenfassung

Public Safety Credit Union in Kansas City, MO is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to oversee accounting, budgeting, investment management, ALCO, and financial reporting. The CFO will partner with the CEO and Board to strengthen financial governance and support growth aligned with the credit union’s mission.

Qualifikationen

Five+ years of senior financial leadership experience in a financial institution.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
Experience with budgeting, investments, ALCO, liquidity management, and regulatory reporting is essential.

Aufgaben

Oversee accounting operations (GL, AP, fixed assets, payroll) and internal controls.
Develop and manage annual budget and forecasts; ensure timely financial reporting.
Direct investments and ALCO activities; monitor liquidity and interest rate risk.
Present financial information to executive leadership, the Board, and regulators.
Lead, develop, and support accounting teams; ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
