The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and M&A, while building strong finance capabilities across multiple entities and locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics.
• Advanced degree (CPA/CFA or equivalent) preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
• Experience leading finance in a large, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide forward-looking financial leadership for growth, profitability, liquidity, and enterprise value.
• Translate financial information into actionable insights for executives and operations.
• Lead budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee M&A, due diligence, integration, and post-close performance.
• Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and risk management.
• Develop talent within FP&A, treasury, and corporate development teams.
