FinStrat Management, Inc. seeks a client-facing Chief Financial Officer to lead virtual CFO engagements for SaaS clients and drive scalable growth. You will shape growth strategy, set financial policies, and ensure accurate data for budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in senior financial roles within SaaS, strong metrics knowledge, and experience fundraising at growth companies. Flexible work, strong leadership, and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial experience with recent CFO or VP of Finance at a growing SaaS or software company.
• Strong understanding of software revenue recognition and SaaS metrics.
• Experience leading fundraising efforts at a growth-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Manage FSM client engagements as a virtual Chief Financial Officer.
• Provide insights on growth strategy and financial implications of major decisions.
• Implement controls, policies, and systems for data, budgeting, forecasting, and closing.
• Lead financial transactions including financing, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Oversee client stock options, commission, and benefit plans.
• Direct and mentor FSM staff assigned to client engagements.
• Ensure deliverables meet FSM’s quality standards and timelines.
