Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively increasing financial management and operational experience, with nonprofit leadership preference.
• Strong financial management background with modeling and budgeting for multi-year plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial health and operational effectiveness in support of NHPR's mission.
• Serve as principal financial and strategic partner to CEO, Board of Trustees, and senior leaders.
• Oversee annual budget development, financial planning, and cash-flow management.
• Direct accounting operations and oversee relationships with banks, auditors and investment partners.
