Public company CFO or equivalent leadership experience.
Experience with turnaround and transformation.
Experience managing complex balance sheets and financing.
Board and investor communications experience.
Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and Board on strategy and value creation initiatives.
Lead finance, treasury, capital markets, investor relations, accounting, tax, planning, and reporting functions.
Drive capital structure optimization, liquidity management, and financing strategy.
Build credibility with investors, lenders, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
Evaluate strategic transactions, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital deployment opportunities.
Enhance financial planning, forecasting, and performance management capabilities.
Develop and lead a best-in-class finance organization.
