Brewer Morris in New York seeks a Senior Manager, CFO Strategic Advisory Services to partner with CFOs and executive teams on high-impact finance, accounting, and operational initiatives. You will lead transformation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, KPI development, and ERP optimization.

Responsibilities include presenting insights to senior leadership, mentoring junior staff, and guiding clients through finance transformations for mid-market and high-growth organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting, finance, consulting, or advisory experience.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
• Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP platforms.
• Public accounting, CFO advisory, finance transformation, or consulting background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CEOs, and private company leadership teams
• Lead finance transformation, process improvement, and strategic projects
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and KPI development
• Support ERP implementations and financial systems optimization
• Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior team members
