Qualifications

• 10+ years senior finance leadership in a publicly traded company; prior CFO experience preferred.
• Direct experience in both renewable energy and data centers required.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, SEC reporting, and compliance.
• Drive equity, debt, and project finance capital raising.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across subsidiaries.
• Partner with CEO and Board on M&A, investor relations, and strategic growth.
