Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for an industry-leading manufacturing company in Elkhart, IN. The CFO will partner with the President and executive team to drive financial strategy, capital decisions and strong governance.

Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, and monthly business reviews, along with ensuring US GAAP compliance and robust internal controls. A relocation package and long-term stock incentives accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA/CMA or MBA.
• 12+ years of finance experience in Manufacturing, including 5+ years in senior leadership at a public company.
• Proven leadership in FP&A, controllership, cost and inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on strategy, plans, pricing, capacity, investments and risks.
• Own the budget, rolling forecasts, long-term plan and monthly reviews; explain variances.
• Set up scorecards for growth, margin, cash, working capital and forecast accuracy.
• Lead profitability analysis by model and product line; guide capex decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ops, HR and Supply Chain on demand and costs.
• Oversee accounting, cost accounting, payroll, month-end close and reporting per US GAAP.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance with auditors and finance team.
• Identify major risks and implement practical mitigation plans.
