Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years finance leadership; 5+ years as CFO or head of finance.
• Private equity-backed, consulting, or B2B tech-adjacent experience preferred.
• Deep FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, scenario modeling.
• Experience with ERP upgrades and reporting automation; GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and pricing analytics.
• Drive cost control and operating efficiency across the business.
• Partner with CEO and leaders across HR and Procurement.
• Manage audits, tax compliance, and external reporting.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team; modernize systems.
