Confidential Jobs in the United States (Florida) seeks an operational, growth-minded Chief Financial Officer to lead strategic growth and core controllership. You will partner with the CEO, drive EBITDA expansion, and position the business for a high-value exit within 3–5 years, while ensuring audit-ready financial reporting.

The CFO will steer strategic growth, overseeing accounting operations, FP&A, and investor relations, with a hands-on approach to GAAP reporting and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as CFO, Controller, or VP of Finance in a PE-backed portfolio company.
• CPA and/or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Proven mastery of levered capital structures, debt compliance, GAAP revenue recognition, and working capital management.
• High-urgency executive with strategic vision and meticulous attention to financial detail.

Responsabilités

• Translate the PE sponsor's investment thesis into a financial road map and drive EBITDA expansion.
• Direct controllership functions: GL, revenue recognition, monthly close cycles, A/P/A/R, and payroll.
• Drive a fast-close process (5-day close target) with audit-ready GAAP statements.
• Lead investor and lender relations, manage debt covenants, facilities, and leverage ratios.
• Oversee internal controls, governance policies, and external audits (QofE, CIM, data rooms).
• Implement FP&A with 13-week cash forecasting and working capital management.
• Modernize ERP and BI, deploy automated KPI dashboards for unit economics clarity.
• Prepare for liquidity events (sale/IPO) with exit-readiness activities.
