Job summary

Falcon seeks a Chief Financial Officer for a private equity-backed engineering services business. You will lead financial strategy, reporting, and control enhancements while guiding growth via organic and inorganic means.

The role requires hands-on leadership and deep PE-finance experience. The ideal candidate has extensive finance leadership, M&A integration, and P&L ownership, with 10–35+ years of progressive experience in engineering services or similar sectors.

Qualifications

• Heavy finance and accounting orientation required with experience in percentage-of-completion accounting, financial reporting and P&L ownership.
• Private Equity experience is required.
• Solid M&A integration experience.
• Tenure of 10–35+ years of progressive career success.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence on acquisitions in process and add-ons.
• Build core financial infrastructure and reporting from the ground up.
• Stand up systems and processes, hands-on builder.
• Drive scale for the business toward ~$100mm within 4–5 years.
