Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
Experience working with Boards of Directors and executive leadership teams.
Experience overseeing audits, compliance, and financial reporting.
Grant management and compliance with multiple funding sources.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic financial advisor to CEO, Executive Team, and Board.
Lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, audit, and financial reporting.
Oversee NetSuite implementation and optimization.
Develop multi-year financial plans and sustainability strategies.
Oversee grant compliance and regulatory reporting.
Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Present financial performance and risks to leadership and Board.
Drive continuous improvement through reporting and analytics.
