Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in Retail or Hospitality.
• Experience leading finance within privately held, multi-location organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior finance leader and trusted advisor to the CEO.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
• Oversee accounting operations, GAAP reporting, and internal controls.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships, and debt covenants.
• Coordinate tax, compliance, and external audits.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive-level reporting.
