Job summary

The Arc Prince George's County in Largo, Maryland is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to guide budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial strategy. This is a true working CFO role, leading an 8-person finance team and overseeing IT while navigating complex federal and state funding structures.

Salary ranges from $200,000 to $215,000 with a discretionary bonus up to 20% and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible accounting and financial management.
• DDA and Medicaid funding experience, housing-related funds, GAAP knowledge.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and systems implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee Medicaid and DDA billing, revenue cycle and grant accounting.
• Supervise finance and billing teams plus IT function.
• Ensure compliance across debt portfolio and funding arrangements.
