• Guiding the County's current and long-term financial strategies, advising on financial, budgeting, and debt management choices.
• Directing and overseeing the County's financial operations, including a General Fund, multi-year CIP, and diverse funding streams.
• Maintain AAA bond ratings through disciplined fiscal policy and conservative debt management.
