• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
• Nonprofit or mission-driven leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning.
• Oversee accounting, internal controls, audit readiness, and reporting.
• Partner with the CEO, executive team, and Board on strategy and risk.
• Develop financial policies, governance, and long-term capital planning.
