The ideal candidate has multi-unit healthcare finance experience, a hands-on, player/coach leadership style, and a track record in PE-backed environments, banking relationships, cash flow management, and integration of acquisitions; a competitive equity package is offered.

Qualifications

• Healthcare multi-site experience in a growth environment.
• Hands-on, player/coach leadership style with strong communication.
• Experience in private equity-backed businesses including banking relationships.
• Proven track record in cash flow management and leveraged balance sheets.
• Experience leading acquisitions and post-merger integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO to drive growth strategy and capital allocation.
• Lead analytics and performance drivers across the organization.
• Manage banking relationships and liquidity in a fast-paced setting.
• Oversee acquisition evaluations, integration planning, and execution.
• Communicate financial strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
